TURKEYS 2026

Broad Breasted Bronze turkeys poults from a hatchery will arrive at the farm in summer as little fluffballs. We all enjoy watching their antics as they grow!

Once they are feathered out enough to leave the warm brooder, they go in floorless pasture shelters just like the meat chickens. In addition to their high-protein turkey feed, they eat green plants and bugs to make their meat taste terrific. The maturing males strut and rustle like this one in our driveway.
